1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by BargoProCare ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of our cleaning services in Missouri and Illinois.
2. Services Provided
BargoProCare provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Carpet cleaning and restoration
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Area rug cleaning
- Pet odor and stain removal
- Commercial cleaning services
3. Scheduling and Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service.
5. Liability and Insurance
BargoProCare is fully insured and bonded. Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces
- Color bleeding or fading due to manufacturer defects
- Shrinkage of natural fiber materials
- Damage caused by pets during or after cleaning
- Items left in cleaning areas that may be damaged by moisture
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MISSOURI AND ILLINOIS LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned
- Removing or securing valuable and fragile items
- Disclosing any known stains, damage, or special conditions
- Ensuring pets are secured during service
- Providing accurate contact information and service address
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Missouri or Illinois.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
